Before using the juice beverage production line equipment, the liquid storage device should be cleaned with fresh water and then steamed. The material slurry enters the cylinder from the material pipe fixed on the cylinder head, or the cylinder head is opened, and the material should not be packed too full, so as to prevent the material from being splashed when stirred by the agitator, resulting in unsanitary or loss of environment. When heating, the refrigerant inlet valve must be closed, the remaining refrigerant in the jacket should be drained, the material should be input, the stirrer should be turned on, and then the steam valve should be opened. After reaching the required temperature, the steam valve should be closed first, after 2-3 minutes, Turn off the stirrer again.

Juice drink production line operation and operation:

1. Cooling method: close the steam valve, release the remaining steam condensate from the jacket, and then open the bottom tank refrigerant valve to allow the refrigerant to pass through the jacket to reduce the temperature of the material in the cylinder.

2. Insulation: According to the required temperature, start the stirrer, high-speed valve, and keep the temperature (pay attention to the temperature gauge) in order to achieve the purpose of insulation.

3. Cleaning: After the processing is finished, after draining the remaining condensed water in the cylinder, it should be rinsed with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the sticky material, then thoroughly clean the inner wall of the container with 40C-50C alkaline water, and rinse with water. For the next use, use hot water or steam (90C) or more for 2-3 minutes of disinfection.

4.Maintenance: Always pay attention to the working condition of beverage production line and reducer. When the reducer oil is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. Change oil once every half year. When the equipment is not in use, be sure to rinse the jacket with warm water to avoid salt water corrosion and scrub frequently. The cylinder body keeps the appearance clean and the inner liner is bright, achieving the purpose of durability.
