The main measures to prevent oil contamination include the following: 1) Before installation, except that the pipes must be cleaned and the ears must be cleaned, the castings must be thoroughly cleaned, including mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning (such as cleaning in trichloroethylene, and then using compression. Preventing air from entering the system air into the low pressure pipeline will generate cavitation, making the oil discontinuous and affecting party work. The main measures to prevent air from entering the hydraulic system are as follows: 1) Except for the discharge pipe, both the suction pipe and the return pipe should be inserted below the oil level, and keep enough concentration to prevent air from entering when the system stops working. 2) Always maintain the height of the oil level in the tank to ensure that the oil pump suction pipe is completely intruded into the oil. Each part of the system should also maintain the fullness of the oil. In the oil pump, a one-way valve can be installed at the outlet of the oil pump and a back pressure valve can be installed on the return oil line. 3) Keep a good seal of the fitting, especially the suction line. If the seal is not good and the oil pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure, the air will enter the hydraulic system from the defective seal. 4) The strainer or filter at the fuel tank outlet should be kept clean and cannot be blocked. Otherwise, under the effect of the oil suction of the oil pump, vacuum will be formed in the filter and the pipeline, so that a large amount of air is sucked from the filter and the pipe joint. 5) Before the hydraulic system works or after replacing the oil, exhaust 3 should be performed to prevent the hydraulic oil temperature from being too high.
