1 Test purpose
The moth trap and the basin trap were used to control the rice stem borer test, and a new, simple, efficient and safe green control method was selected.
2 Materials and methods
2.1 Test materials
Moth trap and lure, the shape of the core is capillary;
The basin trap, the rubber plug lure, is made according to the requirements and standards, and the lure is placed and replaced according to the instructions.

2.2 Test design
Test site: Taiping Village, Xijiang Town, Tonghua County;
Test area: 2.13 hectares.
The trap was installed according to the time: June 21, the moth trap was installed one acre per acre, 10 cm away from the rice leaf, and the water trap was installed 3 per acre, 1 m from the ground, and no blank control.
2.3 Effect survey
2.3.1 Investigation of moths
After installing the trap, on May 24th - July 17th, the moth survey will be conducted every 3 days until July 17th;
Trap: Accumulate the amount of moths per time and calculate the average moth of a single trap;
Basin trap: Clean the trap after each investigation.
2.3.2 Field investigation
July 21: Investigate the dead and sheath of the moth trap and the basin trap.
August 20th: Conducting a white spike survey;
Double-row parallel jump 5-point sampling, 10 points per point, a total of 50 points;
Investigate and record the total number of clusters, the total number of plants, the number of strains of the stems (hearts), the number of insects or the number of white spikes.
3 Results and analysis
3.1 Motility
The average moth-investigation of 16 moth traps and 48 basin traps is shown in Table 1;
The peak period of moths: two moths attracting moths peaked on July 6-12, peaks meet;
The average trapping amount of a single trap was 76.8 for the moth trap and 18.8 for the basin trap;
The average amount of moths per mu: 76.8 heads for moth traps and 56.4 heads for water traps;
Results and analysis: The moth traps were larger than the basin traps.
3.2 Control effect
From the survey results table 2, the control effect of the moth trap was 83.06% higher than that of the basin trap 74.21%.
4 Conclusions and discussion
