6 Comprehensive prevention and control measures
6.1 Strengthen feeding and management, make up for feeding in winter and spring, and do a good job in autumn. A sufficient amount of carrots and grass powder feeds are added to the feed, and concentrate feeds and trace element additives containing selenium are properly added to enhance the constitution of the pregnant goats and improve disease resistance.
6.2 It is forbidden to feed on moldy and degenerate fodder and drinking water from hail. The breeding of male and female gregarions and the feeding of ewes alone during the later stage of pregnancy are to be carried out to ensure that the pens are clean and well ventilated.
