Rice field culture of Penaeus vannamei

To effectively develop and utilize land resources and increase farmers' income, in April 2001, the Longhai Fisheries Technology Promotion Station of Fujian Province was 7.9 acres (including 6.5 acres of paddy fields and 1.4 acres of shrimps). In the stocking of white shrimp, the total rice production 2100kg, the average yield of 323.1kg per mu, producing 206kg South American white shrimp, the average yield per mu 26.1kg. The technique is summarized as follows:
First, materials and methods
1. Conditions of paddy fields: This experiment selected low-yield fields within the Jiulong River bank of Tiancun Village, Dongyuan Town, Dongyuan Town, which is not subject to pollution. The area is 7.9 mu. It is a rectangle. 5m, 0.6m deep ditch, widened and heightened ridges, plug loopholes, easy to walk and seepage prevention.
2. Rice operations: Irrigation and leveling of paddy fields by April 8, 2001, and transplanting by 21cm21cm density of rice on April 12th. The rice variety is Teyou63. Three days after planting, planting fertilizer, applying 10kg compound fertilizer and 15kg urea per acre. On April 22, fertilization was again carried out with 7.5 kg of compound fertilizer and 2.5 kg of urea per acre. On April 27, it was found that about 10% of the rice was “concealed” and the crystals of trichlorfon and insecticides were sprayed immediately. Each acre was sprayed with 100 g of crystal trichlorfon and 70 g of powdered insecticide. On June 15th, three generations of T. insulsiatus eggs were found. They were diluted with 150 g of chlorpyrifos and 250 g of insecticidal water per acre, and both diseases were promptly treated.
3. Stocking of shrimp: On April 19th, 50,000 shrimps of Penaeus vannamei were desalinated to a salinity of 2 inches and a body length of 0.9cm to 1.2cm. When stocking, the shrimps are first raised in a ring ditch with an area of about 1/10. On May 8, the ring ditch is opened to increase the water level, allowing the shrimp body to enter the paddy field.
4. Feeding and management: During the holding period, basic bait is the main ingredient, and the cooked egg yolk is fed every evening. During the growing period, each morning and evening along the ditch is fed a shrimp feed, and the feeding condition should be checked before each feeding to avoid affecting the growth of P. vannamei due to excessive or insufficient feeding. No shrimp disease occurred throughout the feeding period.
Second, the test results
1, the result
On June 28th, part of the shrimp body grew to 11cm and weighed 13g. It began to put “Famous Net” in the ditch and collected shrimp. On July 18, the shrimps in the paddy fields were all harvested. The communist shrimps produced 206 kg and the production value was 6,180 yuan. On July 27, 2100kg of rice was harvested and the output value was 2520 yuan.
2. Feed coefficient During the breeding period, a total of 120kg of shrimp feed was fed and 206kg of white shrimp was produced. The feed coefficient was 0.58.
3, cost and benefit analysis

The paddy field has a profit of 652.6 yuan for raising shrimps, and a simple profit of 102.7 yuan for rice. The paddy fields increase profits by 549.9 yuan per mu.
Third, summary and discussion
1. Penaeus vannamei adapts to a wide range of salinity. It is a good model for stabilizing grain, increasing efficiency, and adjusting structure by using the southwestern white prawns diluted to less than 2 inches in the paddy field along the Yangtze River. As far as Longhai City is concerned, nearly 10,000 mu of paddy fields along the river embankment are used. If white prawns are farmed in the fields, the profit per mu will increase by more than 500 yuan per season, which is 6.4 times that of pure rice, and it has broad prospects for development. .
2. The breeding period is short, and the bait coefficient is low (the bait coefficient of the experiment is 0.58). No disease occurs during the whole breeding process, and no medicine is used. The finished product is closer to the green food and has promotion value.
3, to handle the conflict between the use of pesticides and shrimp. When pests and diseases of rice still need to be sprayed with pesticides to eliminate insect pests, symptomatic, high-efficiency, low-toxicity, low-residue pesticides should be selected, and the water level should be increased when applying pesticides. When the spray agent is sprayed, it should be sprayed after the rice leaf dew has dried. Spraying the powder should be sprayed before the rice leaf dew has dried. The nozzle should be upward when applied.
4. The survival rate of this experiment was 52.7%, which is lower than that of normal pond culture. The reason may be that the holding pool is absolutely separated by field soil and the holding pond water is small. (85m20.6m = 51m3), while more raised shrimps (50,000) were reared, and the density of breeding was too high, resulting in low survival rate of seedlings.
