Abstract : According to the feeding characteristics of black mullet, natural live bait fish were collected and put into paddy fields to allow the black mullet to ingest food naturally. Through the paddy field ecosystem, no pollution aquatic products were produced. In March 2005, stocked mullet species of 95 g/tail were stocked, 305 mu were stocked, and after 8 months of feeding, 292.7 kg of mullet were harvested. The average size was 969 g/tail, the survival rate was 99%, and the yield per mu was 5 181.3 yuan. Mu gains 2 435 yuan, and the input-output ratio is 1: 1.79.
