Fault 1, the shrinkage component is an important "gate" for the filling and sealing machine. What should be done when the temperature rises slowly or cannot rise to a higher temperature (above 160 degrees Celsius)?
Solution: The line filling the sealing machine heater is that the main power line passes through a magnetic absorbing switch and then to the electric heating tube. Therefore, it is necessary to first check whether the contacts of the magnetic absorbing switch are normal. The above phenomenon occurs if the line does not pass one of the phases. If the magnetic switch is normal, you can check the meter again to see if the phase and the ohmic value of the machine are the same. If it is normal, it should be a short circuit. If the phases are all connected but the line or heating tube is still abnormal, the heater needs to be replaced.
Fault 2: How to adjust the film material during the operation when the filling material is easy to shift and cannot be fed normally?
Solution: If the film material is offset in the equipment, and the position of the film roll and the tension balance bar are invalid, the angle of the upper triangle plate can be adjusted to solve the problem.
