1. Replacement of CBS liquid nitrogen tank

1. Determine if the tanker is transported by pressure transmitter or pump.

2. If the tanker is transported by a pressure transmitter, the pressure in the tanker conveyor should be raised to 0.35 MPa above the pressure of the liquid nitrogen tank (operator).

3. If using the pump to transport the conveyor, slowly open the tanker transport filling valve to keep the pump filling pressure 0.35Mpa higher than the liquid nitrogen tank pressure (the escort operator).

4. Open the drain valve and the delivery device pressure relief valve for about 5 minutes or the hose to be unloaded begins to frost, so that the delivery tube is cooled and purged and replaced. At the end of the displacement, the discharge valve and the delivery device pressure relief valve are closed, so that the filling line retains a pressure of 0.3 Mpa or more for testing the oxygen content.

5. Open the needle valve on the filling tube and the oxygen meter hose, and test the oxygen content in the filling tube according to the oxygen meter operating procedure. If the oxygen content is not up to standard, please repeat step 2.4 until filling. The oxygen content in the tube is below 10ppm.

Second, CBS liquid nitrogen tank abnormal situation treatment

1. When the tank pressure is too high, adjust the booster valve to adjust the screw, adjust counterclockwise (like open the valve), half a half turn adjustment until the tank pressure returns to normal. Adjust the time every hour.

2. When the tank pressure is too low, adjust the booster valve to adjust the screw, adjust it clockwise (like closing the valve), half a half turn adjustment until the tank pressure returns to normal. Adjust the time every hour.
