PALB2 is a synergistic factor for the localization and nuclear stability of the important tumor suppressor gene BRCA2 into the nucleus, which plays an important role in maintaining the genome stability and regulating the cell cycle. Mutations in this gene can cause twice the incidence of breast cancer in the normal population. In this study, in collaboration with the research team of Professor Shen Hongbing of Nanjing Medical University, the case-control (Case-Control) method was used to find the first three SNP loci on the PALB2 gene, rs249954, rs120963 and rs16940342, in 1049 patients and 1073 controls. The susceptibility of breast cancer in Chinese Han women is related. This provides an important theoretical basis for the screening and early warning of high risk population of breast cancer in China.
