New Hampton, New York. July 23, 2018. Balchem Corporation (NASDAQ: BCPC), a global leader in choline and precision-release nutrient technologies, recently announced the addition of three new hires and five promotions within its Animal Nutrition and Health division.

"These promotions and new additions will help us bring more expertise and focus to our current and future clients."
Stephanie Cocchiara joins Balchem as a Marketing Specialist. With a background in consumer products, she will oversee digital and social media strategies, manage events, and implement domestic marketing programs. Cocchiara earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Hartford.
Greta Stridsberg is now a Regional Sales Specialist covering Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Having started her career at Balchem as an intern, she brings valuable experience and knowledge of the dairy industry. Her role involves working closely with key dairies, nutritionists, and Balchem customers. Stridsberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from The Ohio State University.
Jon Rentschler steps into the role of Regional Sales Specialist, covering Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Southwest Kansas. Previously a District Manager at Monsanto, he will continue to provide practical business solutions to clients.
Eileen Frangione has been promoted to Regional Sales Specialist. After serving as the Customer Service Manager and Marketing Communications Manager, she will now focus on sales in Eastern New York and New England, working directly with nutritionists, dairy producers, veterinarians, and channel partners.
Job van Gunsteren takes on the role of Director of EMEA Region and Animal Nutrition and Health Global Strategy. He will continue to lead in the European feed choline market while promoting growth in KeyShure and the encapsulated product portfolio.
Luke Lines becomes the Regional Development Manager, East. In this capacity, he will offer training and strategic guidance to other sales professionals while continuing to serve selected nutritionists and clients.
Dr. Jeff Elliott expands his role at Balchem and now serves as Technical Service Specialist, Strategic Accounts. This newly created position allows him to support both the ruminant and monogastric sales teams while focusing on global market partnerships. Prior to this, Dr. Elliott was the Global Business Manager for the Animal Nutrition and Health minerals platform.
Fred Sciulli has been promoted to Global Business Manager, Minerals. His responsibilities include identifying market needs and developing mineral portfolios to address these challenges. Sciulli previously held the position of Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.
