Iron, copper and cobalt should be added to chicken

In the chicken production process, in addition to meeting the needs of chickens for carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins and other major nutrients, we must also pay attention to the addition of certain trace elements in their feed. In particular, the three trace elements iron, copper and cobalt are indispensable elements for the hematopoiesis of the chicken body.
Adding appropriate amounts of iron, copper, and cobalt elements to the chicken's feed not only promotes its health, but also improves chicken production performance. Addition amount: chicks within 8 weeks of age are fed 80 mg of iron (ferrous sulfate) and 4 mg of copper (copper sulfate) per kilogram of feed. For laying hens, 90 mg of iron (ferrous sulfate) and 5 mg of copper (copper sulfate) were added per kilogram of feed. Cobalt is a component of vitamin B12, and it is usually supplemented with vitamin B12.
Note that supplementing iron, copper, and cobalt in chicken diets will certainly double the effectiveness of raising chickens. It is recommended that chicken farmers and professional households give it a try.
