If the brake pipe is air-blocked, a brake failure will be formed. If the fuel pipe is air-locked, the fuel supply will be abnormal, the engine will be weak, and the engine will be extinguished.

Third, adjust the battery electrolyte density

In the summer, the electrolyte density should be reduced to 125 g/m3. As the temperature is high and the electrolyte is evaporated, the electrolyte of the upper plate may become oxidatively ineffective due to insufficient electrolyte. Therefore, we must always check the liquid level, add distilled water to supplement, but can not add electrolyte, so as not to cause increased density and damage the battery. At the same time, vent holes should be sparse to prevent bursting.

Fourth, prevent tire burst

The prevention method is that the summer tire inflation pressure should be slightly lower than the standard force, while paying attention to tire rest and cooling, but must not use cold water pouring method to cool, to prevent damage.

V. Replace oil used in summer

The hot climate will reduce the viscosity of the engine oil, excessive fluidity, poor lubrication of the machine parts, increased wear and tear, and even burn tiles, holding shafts, pull cylinders and other accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the oil with high viscosity before entering the summer. In addition, in order to improve economy, the use of low-light diesel oil or cheap agricultural diesel oil should be replaced in the summer.

Sixth, timely elimination of air leakage phenomenon such as cylinder gasket

Cylinder leak, such as cylinder head mat damage, or cylinder head nut is not tightened, exhaust gas discharge through the gap, or into the water jacket, etc., causing the engine temperature to rise.

Exclusion and Prevention: Replace the damaged cylinder head gasket in time and clear the air leakage phenomenon according to different reasons.

Seven, prevent the engine from overheating

Because of the high temperature and slow heat dissipation, the engine can easily overheat. If it is not properly handled and prevented in time, the power will be reduced and the wear will be aggravated. If it is heavy, the parts will be damaged and burnt tiles, sticking cylinders and other accidents will occur. If handled improperly, major parts such as the body and cylinder head will burst. The accident even hurt people.

When the engine overheats (opens the pot), the car should be parked in a shaded place immediately, unloaded and allowed to idle until the water temperature drops to about 60°C, plus cold water. When opening the pan, do not add cold water to the water tank immediately, and do not open the lid facing the tank lid to prevent the hot gas from being burned or the local cold-accumulation and explosion of the cylinder block. The method of preventing engine overheating is:

(1) Do not overload the engine for a long time. Summer is hot and the engine cooling capacity is reduced. If the engine is overloaded for a long time, the accumulated temperature of the engine will be too high and it will overheat.

(2) Timely replenish the cooling water. In hot weather, the cooling water evaporates quickly and it is prone to insufficient water. Therefore, always check for additional cooling water and eliminate leaks.

(3) Ensure that the cooling system is in good condition. In order to maintain the normal state of the cooling system, attention should be paid to the following adjustment and maintenance: 1 Adjust the tightness of the fan belt in time to prevent the belt from slipping and reducing the cooling effect. 2 Remove cooling system scale. When it is about to enter the summer, it is necessary to carry out a scale maintenance.

(4) Adjust the valve clearance. In summer, it is necessary to adjust the valve clearance in a timely manner, in particular to maintain the normal clearance of the exhaust valve, to prevent valve opening due to wear caused by the larger valve gap becomes smaller, resulting in large exhaust resistance, exhaust gas is not net and the engine overheated phenomenon.
