High productivity in winter ducks

In winter, the temperature is low, the sunshine time is short, the egg laying rate of ducks is low, and even production stops. However, as long as the winter management is well managed, the egg production rate of the female ducks that were hatched in the spring can still be maintained at more than 80%.

1. Keep warm and warm. The optimum temperature for laying ducks is 13 °C to 20 °C, and the minimum should not be less than 6 °C. Therefore, winter must be done duck insulation and cold work. Pay attention to block wall joints, close the doors and windows, especially the north window to be blocked. At night and when the temperature is low, hang grass curtains on the doors and windows, spread some dry straw or wheat straw on the ground, and spread thick around them. Every night, ducks add fresh grass before entering the house. At the same time, raising the stocking density, feeding 8-9 eggs per square meter. In addition, the duck house should also pay attention to ventilation, every time the duck is released when the water is released, that is, the doors and windows should be opened, and then close again.

2. Adjust the diet. Winter ducks have higher energy requirements, so we must appropriately increase the proportion of corn and other energy feeds, protein content is reduced to 15% to 17%, and pay attention to increase cabbage, radish and other green feed to ensure that ducks need vitamins.

3. Carefully feed. In winter, ducks should be given warm food and warm water to reduce the loss of duck body heat. Feed 3 times a day, add 1 night snack at night, and provide plenty of water. Usually feed, drink, feed green feed. Changing feeds should be gradual and not too sudden.

4. Scientific management. Put ducks late every morning and duck early in the evening. Reduce the number of water discharges, shorten the time to launch water, and release water once in the morning and in the afternoon when there is sufficient sunlight. Put water in at least 3 days. Before each duckling is released, first open the window “Noise Duck”, that is, pick up the duck and allow it to slowly move around in the house until about 80% of the ducks make a strong call and release the water. When the temperature is too low, ducks should be disturbed to enhance activities, promote appetite, and improve the ability to keep out the cold. In the absence of natural light for less than 15 hours, artificial light supplements should be performed in time. In addition, care should be taken to keep the duck house as quiet as possible to avoid surprises.

5. Prevent disease. The winter duck body's defensive ability is reduced. In the case of poor feeding and management, it is susceptible to disease, which affects the production of eggs. Therefore, the duck house and the activity site should be disinfected once a week. The cause of the disease should be identified in a timely manner, and symptomatic treatment should be promptly implemented.

Polybutyleneadipate-co-terephthalate PBAT

PBAT, a thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, is a copolymer of butanediol adipate and butanediol terethylphthalate. It has the properties of PBA and PBT. It has good ductility and elongation at break, as well as good heat resistance and impact performance. In addition, it has excellent biodegradability and is one of the most active biodegradable materials in biodegradable plastics research and market application.
