Midsummer Climbing Management

Managing the care of Clivia during the summer is essential to ensure its health and longevity. Proper measures need to be taken to protect it from the harsh conditions of the season. In the summertime, Clivia requires an environment that shields it from direct sunlight. It thrives in soft, indirect light—such as the kind found in the spring and autumn—but cannot tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun. Ideally, place your Clivia pots under shaded areas where sunlight filters through the gaps, providing gentle, diffused light. Avoiding midday sun exposure is crucial, but allowing the plant to enjoy early morning and late evening light is ideal. Typically, a shaded area should block out about 60-70% of direct sunlight. During the hot summer months, ventilation is key. Clivia benefits from being kept in a well-ventilated space. If the temperature exceeds 35°C, the soil dries out rapidly, affecting the plant's access to water and nutrients. To help maintain optimal growing conditions, place the pot on a tray filled with water (with a layer of wood to prevent direct contact) and regularly mist the surrounding area to increase humidity. This helps keep the plant’s environment cool, ideally below 25°C, with humidity levels between 60-70%. Proper watering is another critical aspect of summer care. Native to the lush forests of South Africa, Clivia demands moist soil and high air humidity. Despite its slow growth in summer, the plant’s broad, soft leaves lose significant moisture through evaporation. Thus, it’s important not to let the soil dry out completely, as this could lead to root shrinkage, thinning leaves, and a general decline in vigor. Watering should be done consistently but moderately, ensuring the soil is slightly damp rather than soaking wet. Overwatering can lead to root rot and yellowing leaves. Always avoid getting water into the center of the plant, as this can cause crown rot, a common issue that results in the plant appearing "headless." Fertilizing during summer should be approached with caution. High temperatures typically put Clivia in a semi-dormant or dormant state, reducing its ability to absorb nutrients. As such, fertilization should be minimized or avoided entirely. Excessive fertilization can lead to nutrient buildup around the roots, causing root rot and stem issues. However, if the plant's environment can be cooled below 25°C, applying a diluted liquid fertilizer might stimulate growth and shorten dormancy. If the temperature falls below 20°C and humidity is adequate, regular fertilization can resume. Taking these steps ensures your Clivia remains healthy and vibrant throughout the summer. Proper care not only protects the plant from environmental stress but also promotes robust growth and resilience.

Disposable Urinary Nursing

Excretion is an important part of metabolism, however, due to various reasons, many patients will not be able to auto- urinate normally and smoothly. So we need to help urinate manually. Catheterization is a very common practice of nursing operations after closely observed and documented.
Yingmed offers you a series of catheter-related care products. For example: Silicone catheter, Urine bag, Urinal,Bed Pan .

Through the urine and stool, doctors can judge patients` condition. Yingmed also provided Urinal cups and disposable tubes for storage , then the urine and stool could be delivered to lab to do analysis. In addition, the urine analyzer will help the experimenter to get a correct data .

You will find all of the disposable urinary care products in this category.
