Correct use of large and medium-sized tractors:
(a) The start of the engine
1. Preparation before starting
Before use, serious and comprehensive inspection of the tractor can eliminate hidden troubles and effectively prevent accidents.
(1) Check the oil level of the engine oil pan.
(2) Check the oil level of the transmission and rear axle.
(3) Check the oil level of the steering tank.
(4) Loosen the locking device of the flameproof cable to loosen the flameproof cable, and the fuel injection pump is in the oil supply position.
(5) Check the gearbox levers, power output operating handles, so that they are in neutral position, the hydraulic handle is in the lowered position.
2, start the engine
Insert the key into the lock and turn the key clockwise to start the engine and return to the "N" position after starting.
(1) Once the engine is running, it should be released immediately.
(2) The continuous start-up time shall not exceed 15S, (if 15S cannot start, it shall stop for 2 minutes and start again. It shall not start for 3 consecutive times. It shall start after finding out the reason.
(3) After the engine is started, make it idle at 800R/MIN, the water temperature will rise above 60°C, and the pressure will be put into operation above 0.1MPA.
(B) The start of the tractor
1. With the engine at a low speed, depress the clutch pedal, disengage the main clutch, and then hang the gear shift lever on the desired gear.
2. The number and observation of obstructions around.
3 Increase the engine speed gradually and slowly release the clutch pedal to make the tractor start smoothly. Release the clutch pedal after starting to prevent the clutch from slipping.
4, gradually increase the throttle, so that the tractor to achieve the required working speed.
5. The use of semi-coupled clutches is not allowed to reduce the driving speed of the tractor. Do not place your foot on the clutch pedal while driving to avoid accelerated wear of the release lever, release bearing, and friction plate.
(c) The steering of the tractor
When the tractor is driving at a high speed, it is important not to use a unilateral braking sharp turn. If there is a squeaking sound when the safety valve is active during a large turn of the current wheel, the steering wheel should be slightly retracted to avoid overloading the hydraulic steering system for a long time.
Before turning or reversing in a field operation, make sure that the working parts of the agricultural machinery are raised to the ground so as not to damage the farm equipment or cause casualties.
When the tractor turns to a small bend or turns on a soft ground, the front wheel is slippery to make the steering inconvenient. At the same time when turning the steering wheel, the brake pedal of the corresponding side is stepped on to help the steering.
(d) Driving of the tractor
When the tractor is driving on the road, the interlocking plates are used to lock the left and right brake pedals together. Prevent unilateral braking and cause the tractor to run over or overturn. Under normal circumstances should first reduce the throttle, depress the clutch pedal, and then press the brake pedal according to the situation so that the tractor stopped. In the event of an emergency stop, the clutch and brake pedals should be depressed at the same time to prevent the brake linings from increasing wear or engine stall. When working in the field, one-side or full-brake braking can be selected based on actual work conditions and needs. When unilateral braking is used, the interlocking shaft must be removed, and the unilateral braking needs to be driven at a low speed to avoid deviation.
(v) Operation of the differential
When the tractor is in a driving or working process, if it encounters stuck or unilateral drive slipping and the tractor cannot move forward, the following steps can be used to engage the differential so that the left and right drive shafts are rigidly connected and the slip speed is driven out at the same speed.
1. Depress the main clutch pedal and operate the shift lever to hang up the low gear.
2. Turn the throttle control lever to the maximum position.
3, the right foot on the differential control pedal.
4. Smoothly release the clutch pedal to make the tractor start smoothly.
5. After driving out of the slip zone, the differential pedal is released and the differential is automatically disengaged.
6. When using normal driving and cornering, it is forbidden to use the differential lock, otherwise it will damage the parts and accelerate tire wear, and may even cause a rollover accident.
(6) Power output operation
1. The clutch pedal is pressed to the end, the secondary clutch is disengaged, and the power output shaft stops rotating.
2. Press down the power output shaft lever and engage the power output shaft.
3. Slowly release the clutch pedal so that the work machine starts to operate.
(g) Tractor parking and engine flameout
1, reduce the throttle to reduce the tractor speed.
2. Depress the clutch pedal, and then depress the brake pedal. When the tractor stops, place each shift lever in the neutral position.
3, release the clutch, brake pedal, reduce the throttle so that the engine idle speed. 4. When the flameout lever pulls back, the oil pump stops supplying oil, and the engine immediately shuts off, and then pushes back the oil supply position.
5. Turn the start switch key to the "OFF" position and turn off the power switch.
6. Pull up the parking brake handle.
7. If you have to park on the sloping ground, you should hang up the file (hang the forward gear when you go uphill and hang the reverse gear when you go downhill) to prevent the tractor from starting suddenly and causing danger.
8. If the temperature is lower than 0°C, if the tractor is not using antifreeze, the water tank drain valve must be turned off under the idle state of the engine, and then turn off and stop to prevent freezing of the cooling water and freezing the body.
