1. The drum and the sub-cylinder are blocked. Causes: Improper feeding such as feeding too much, too deep, feeding the crop too wet or feeding a hard object; cutters blunt, the drum wrapping too much grass; the drive belt loose or the pulley on the set screw loose or two drum side Loose cover stop screws; prime mover load when the speed drops more, so that the drum speed is too low; the clamping table is installed low or the spring fails to make the drum pumping too much; roller guide plate position is not appropriate; vibration line screen to stop the vibration. Remedy method: According to the above feeding principle operation, and pay attention to picking hard objects when feeding, the crop can be properly dried when wet; remove the knife sharpen; tighten the belt or tighten the stop screws; exchange the original motive, Adjust the rotation speed, shorten the distance between the machine and the power supply, thicken the cable, remove or install it to the right, and tighten the stop screw in the vibration arm or the eccentric head in the vibration ring.

2, threshing is not clean. Cause: The drum speed is too low; the crop is fed too shallow, the feed is uneven or the feed rake is too large, and the mash layer is too thick. Remedy: Correctly configure the prime mover pulley to adjust the speed; follow the aforementioned feeding principle operation.

3, more broken kernels. Reasons: Uneven feed or wet crops; High drum speed; Damaged deformation of conveying parts, making the gap smaller. Remedy: Improve operation, air dry the crop; properly configure the prime mover pulley, adjust the speed; repair.

4, poor cleanliness of grain. Cause: Insufficient air volume; too low clamping table; loose fan belt or fan pulley; loose feed method; improper air distributor position. Remedy: adjust the air volume adjustment plate to increase the air volume; raise the clamping table to the position of the upper hole of the clamping leg; tighten the belt or stop the screw; press the feeding point to operate; make the wind deflector point upward.

5. Emergency stop. Reason: Downtime caused by prime mover or other reasons. Remedy: Turn the drum pulley by hand to pull the gripper held in the chain toward the outlet. Open the drum and the auxiliary drum cover to remove the swarf from the cavity, and open the side cover of the squirt cartridge, and throw it out. The grain is removed. If there is any grain in the fan casing, you can open the front cover door and pull it out. After troubleshooting, you need to idle for some time to continue feeding.
