The reaction is allowed to form an antigen-antibody-antibody complex, and the unreacted labeled antibody is washed away with water, dried, and photographed after sealing. If an unknown antibody is examined, it indicates that the antigen sample is known, the serum to be tested is the first antibody, and the antigen test of the other steps is the same.
