The phenomenon of acute death of cucumber can be prevented by the following measures:

1. Appropriate amount of water. The roots of cucumbers are more developed, but most of them are rooted in the surface of the soil. To avoid watering mistakes and inhibit root development. Less water is planted and the water is poured back to the seedlings. Low temperatures, high soil moisture, or even rainy weather, little or no water. Into the period of fruiting melons, combined with topdressing, with water, fertilizer, once every 10 days or so, to prevent excessive application of fertilizer once burned melon seedlings. With the growth of the melon seedlings, the small air outlets can be gradually opened and the air is generally ventilated during daytime when the temperature rises to 30°C, and the greenhouse film is closed when the temperature drops to 28°C in the afternoon. The temperature during the melon period should not fall below 12°C.

3. Regularly manage the ditch around the cucumber planted in the shed to ensure smooth flow, so that irrigation can be performed timely.
