1. After connecting the power supply, you can turn on 2 sets of heating switches, and then rotate the temperature controller from the “0†position clockwise to the “100†index. At this time, the temperature inside the box starts to light up, and the indicator light is on. The blower switch allows the blower to work.
2, 101 type, 202 type drying box, when the temperature rises to the required working temperature (observed from the thermometer in the exhaust valve hole), the temperature controller knob is rotated counterclockwise, and the indicator is extinguished. Sharpen the clockwise direction until the indicator light is on. Repeatedly adjusting to the indicator light alternately extinguished is the constant temperature point. At the beginning of the constant temperature, it is very likely that the temperature will continue to rise. This is the effect of residual heat. This phenomenon will be stable in about half an hour. During the constant temperature process, the temperature control in the box is used to automatically control the temperature, and no manual management is required.
3. After making the above preparations for the 101A type drying box, set the switch of the digital instrument panel to “preset†to set the required working temperature (observation meter display). After selecting, switch the switch to “temperature measurement†to work.
4. When the temperature is constant, a group of heating switches can be turned off, and a group of DC heaters work. In order to avoid excessive power, affecting temperature sensitivity.
5, to observe the studio sample, you can open the outer door, observe the glass door inside the box. However, the door is not normally opened, so as not to affect the constant temperature, the glass is quenched and burst.
6. The box should be placed indoors.

8. Before powering on, check the electrical performance of the box first, and pay attention to whether there is an open circuit or leakage.
9. When everything is ready, put the test sample, close the door, insert a thermometer into the top exhaust valve, and unscrew the exhaust valve. The gap is about 10m/m. ,start working.
10. Do not arbitrarily remove the side door, disturb or change the line. Only when the box fails, the side door can be removed and checked one by one according to the line. If there is a major fault, it can be used with the factory.
11. This box is a non-explosion-proof drying box, so it has flammable volatiles. Do not put it in the dry box to avoid explosion.
12. Each drying box is provided with two specimen shelves. The average load of the shelf is 15 kg. Do not over-tighten and overload the test sample to avoid affecting the convection of hot air. At the same time, the test piece should not be placed on the heat sink on the bottom of the studio to prevent overheating and damage the sample.
